I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the work you have done on my mixer. It had been returned safe and sound.

This mixer belonged to my mum, who bought it 42 years ago when she left work to have me. She has now passed it on to me and, following your service I am now able to continue using it. I am also going to replace the bowl and pad so it will be in perfect condition.

I am French and I live in the South of France. I bought my Kenwood Chef A901 in Hong Kong in 1981 when my daughter was born. It was a faithful help in my kitchen for 38 incredible years! When it suddenly broke down last fall, I never imagined I would find someone dedicated to fixing these old sturdy machines. No one in France seems to care!  So finding Kenwood Chef Service Ltd in Bridgwater, UK,  exchanging mails with someone as patient and understanding as Alexander Clark, and finally, in a very short time in order to beat the Brexit deadline and border chaos, receiving a brand-new-like machine twice as powerful as it used to be, was a most happy and unique experience. Merci beaucoup Alex. Vive l'Angleterre! Long live Anglo-French friendship!

I am writing to thank the team at Kenwood Chef Restore for the superb job they have done to restore my mixer to its former glory. My Kenwood Chef had  been used daily for over 40 years servicing daily meals, dinner parties and charity work baking large batches of cakes etc, a faithful piece of kitchen kit. It is now returned to me in its original condition looking brand new and performing as good as new and I am delighted!!!!!! I would recommend this service without hesitation.

Twenty years ago a friend was going to throw it into a skip because he said that it didn't work.  I took it instead,  and it has been in my garage since then.
